Sales Associate/Project Manager

The Paul Davis Restoration office of Cleveland Metro and Akron, is currently seeking a results-driven individual to serve our customers and company as a Sales Associate/Project Manager. Our industry offers the unique opportunity to help homeowners and property owners who find themselves in moments of chaos, and help return their homes, property and lives to normalcy.

Our Sales Associates/Project Managers are tasked with generating and responding to new projects due to water damage, fire damage and mold damage. In this position you will be responsible for securing initial work authorizations to perform necessary repairs, preparing accurate and professional estimates using industry software and managing every aspect of your projects from inception to completion. Timely and thorough estimating is crucial in order to serve our customers and insurance industry clients in a timely manner with a supreme focus on customer satisfaction.

We are searching for a hardworking and detail oriented individual, with an ability to be empathetic with our customers throughout the lifecycle of all projects. At Paul Davis Restoration we are dedicated to the development of all our employees. Hands-on and on the job training will be provided as well as industry specific classroom learning and certifications. We are searching for an individual who is not just looking for a job where they can punch the clock from 9-5. Job Requirements

  • Excellent time/priority management skills
  • College degree is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
